This table at Le Meurice is being transformed into a work of art for a week
From October 20 to 25, 2026, the Le Dali restaurant at Le Meurice will be transformed into an artistic playground. Discover “The Stage,” by artist and designer Harry Nuriev.
You’ll have to step inside Le Meurice to discover what’s happening at the heart of Dalí (2 toques). From October 20 to 25, 2026, artist and designer Harry Nuriev will take over the space with *The Stage*, an installation conceived as a monumental table. Set up in the center of the restaurant, it will become a true stage, destined to evolve over the course of the week as objects, interventions, and performances take shape within it.
An installation conceived as a cabinet of curiosities
In the center of the Dalí, The Stage will take the form of a large backlit table, conceived as a work of art in its own right. Objects will be placed on it and will change throughout the week, while performances will punctuate the experience. The idea is simple: to make this table the heart of the restaurant and offer guests a setting different from what they’re used to.
This installation is part of Harry Nuriev’s body of work, in which he particularly enjoys reimagining everyday objects and references to give them a new purpose. At Le Meurice, he plays with the venue’s history and its classic atmosphere to create a contrast with his contemporary aesthetic.
When the Plate Becomes Part of the Decor
To accompany “The Stage,” Alain Ducasse and Amaury Bouhours have created a ten-course menu priced at 190 euros per person, served exclusively for dinner. On the plate, the chefs play with contrasts, with black and white as the dominant colors. The menu is intentionally minimalist, with dishes that emphasize precision and ingredients rather than an abundance of elements. This approach reflects, on the culinary side, the understated and graphic aesthetic of Harry Nuriev’s installation.
The ten courses will be paired with Dom Pérignon, with two glasses of 2017 Brut Vintage White Luminous included in the price of the menu. Live performances will also punctuate the dinners, creating an experience that blends dining and entertainment.

Six Days to Discover The Stage
Throughout the duration of the installation, the Dalí’s decor can also be experienced at other times of the day. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea will be served in this unique setting, either at the large shared central table or at individual tables arranged around the artwork.
