At Dom Pérignon, every cuvée is a vintage, crafted to achieve a constantly evolving balance between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, taking into account the conditions of each year, while striving to create a lasting character. The exact production figure is a closely guarded secret at Moët & Chandon, but it is undoubtedly surprisingly high for such a high level of quality. In 2019, Vincent Chaperon succeeded the house’s longtime cellar master, Richard Geoffroy, after spending many years working alongside him. He now carries on the tradition of excellence in Dom Pérignon wines and keeps the house’s creative heritage alive.
