If you want a luxury sundae

To celebrate the warm weather, Yannick Alléno and Aurélien Rivoire are relaunching their gourmet collaboration. A Tahitian vanilla sundae, topped with six original toppings, reflecting the chefs' savoir-faire. Their favorite combo? Apple caramel, pistachio shortbread and pineapple confit. An ice cream that brings out the sun in a jar.

If you fancy an original sorbet

Alain Ducasse continues his quest for taste and experimentation with a range of sorbets perfectly suited to scorching hot days. The recipes are designed to bring out the best in every taste, and make each preparation an ice cream out of the ordinary. Several short-lived flavors will be available this summer: almond-vanilla, coconut-lime, pear, mango-coriander and passion-yuzu, in addition to the chef's signature recipes.
