Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Café, patisserie, bakery, chocolate shop, school, five activities in one address, modernity, fantasy, quality thanks to Christophe Michalak. His name alone is enough to attract the crowds, but that doesn't detract from the delightful, aesthetically pleasing pastries of the moment: mango, lime, chocolate and pecan, matcha latte, peanut millefeuille or fonkie (fondant cookie) in large format. Then there's the chocolate factory and the bakery, with its many treasures (pretzels, pizzas, quiches, pies, croques, sandwiches) and top-quality breads. The brioche vendéenne is as top-notch as the rest.
