Chocolate factory La Maison du Chocolat is renowned for its ganaches (a melting texture made from crème fleurette and coated with a thin layer of chocolate). Chocolate can be found in all its forms: bonbons, tarts, macaroons, éclairs, ice creams, sorbets and a delicious chocolate mousse. Here, as in the other boutiques, you'll enjoy a warm welcome, the first taste of a refined chocolate range. La Maison du Chocolat always makes you dream. Nicolas Cloiseau, MOF chocolatier 2007, who succeeded Gilles Marchal on the departure of founder Robert Linxe, understands this.
