Pastry Eric Tixier has been a patissier, ice-cream maker, chocolatier and confectioner for 25 years, and makes a point of remaining a craftsman. Everything is made on the premises, from pastries and breads to viennoiseries, chocolates and homemade ice creams. In this store, which opened in 1995, what counts is the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds... the apple turnover is a unanimous favorite, the breads are kneaded and baked in the in-house workshops, all made with red label flour, the famous traditional baguette is shaped by hand, the old-fashioned way, the viennoiseries are homemade and therefore fresh every morning, as for the pastries...the chef's creations are good and original, like the carré d'ange (white chocolate crisp, vanilla-strawberry mousse and raspberry compote..).
