Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Brothers Maxime and Gauthier Dorner have conquered the neighborhood with their superb patisseries and their tea room, where people meet with confidence from morning to night. These are competition creations, as beautiful to look at as they are to eat, XXL classics and innovative ideas, such as the tropézienne-style puff pastry brioche, the vanilla-pecan entremet, the fig tree... Also worth discovering are the chocolates, the very fine viennoiseries and the travel cakes, such as the marble cake.
