Chocolate factory Founded in 1953 by Maurice Bernachon, Philippe's grandfather, this veritable institution is one of the last three artisanal companies to produce its own couverture, along with Pralus and Bonnat. Maurice Bernachon has become one of the world's most renowned chocolatiers, with his son Jean-Jacques taking up the torch, and now his grandchildren. Bernachon is a dynasty business with a strong cocoa flavour.
