Bakery In 2023, father and son François and Thomas Beauvais combined their know-how to create their own bakery and patisserie on the outskirts of Tours. Both passionate about the arts of taste, they offer a fine range of bakery specialties, including traditional baguettes and sourdough breads (some twenty references, from petit épeautre to Baltic seed bread...). They revisit a pure-butter Oranais, but also make pistachio and chocolate rolls and sandwiches with croissant dough, as well as original sweet and savory viennoiseries. Their signature pastry is undoubtedly the Snickers, a chocolate mousse with peanut praline, salted butter caramel, all glazed in a chocolate coating with hazelnut chips; a treat for your eyes and taste buds! The bakers and patissiers are constantly innovating with new snacks such as the Rolldog, tasty sandwiches, savory tarts, mixed salads, ready-made meals, as well as travel cakes and macaroons... A very fine address!
