Bakery Schedules are fairly tight - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 2.30pm and Saturday morning - but there's no doubt that the quality of the breads, made from organic flours and natural sourdough, is well worth the wait. Speciality breads, spelt, hazelnut raisin, gluten-free bread... Alongside bread, viennoiserie, tarts, galettes in January and travel cakes.
