A brand name, a reputation, that of a traditional pork butcher who has managed to evolve while remaining true to the classic values and recipes of yesteryear. Franck Bourdeau is a multispecialist: rillons, sausages, boudin with truffles, morels, pâté en croûte and many other tasteful charcuterie preparations.
