Pastry In a setting imbued with British elegance, the Dalissier patisserie, run by the talented Noémie Dalissier, offers a tea-time experience worthy of the Parisian palaces, but in downtown Meaux and at affordable prices. Seven sweet delights per person, ranging from fine pastries to viennoiserie, accompanied by a plated dessert and a hot drink. Thanks to her menu, which is renewed every two to three months, the former head pastry chef at the Élysée Palace works mainly with seasonal fruit, using a local dairy and flour. The desire to showcase the excellence of restaurant desserts through creations (travel cakes and fresh pastries) is revealed in a wide palette of textures, colors and ephemeral flavors, while paying particular attention to subtlety and the generous use of praline. At La Pâtisserie Dalissier, the authenticity of the products is at the heart of every creation, magnified by an original approach that always respects taste.
