Roaster In just a few years, this "small" family roastery has grown! While the roasting methods have remained the same, for a flawless, artisanal result, the choice of vintages has increased considerably. It now stands at an impressive 45. Whatever your preferences, you're sure to find the coffee to suit you, either on your own or with a friend, and you're sure to be tempted by one of our exceptional arabicas, such as Geisha de Colombie or kopi luwak. Some varieties are available for tasting, prepared by the expert hands of Frédéric, the in-house barista.
