Delicatessen Jean Dijols, master butcher, has just been awarded the 2018 Champion de France trophy for the best superior white ham for the second time. Christelle and Jean Dijols get on wonderfully: she markets what he creates. Originally from Laguiole, this charcutier's grandson has known the basics of the trade since he was a child.
