Beekeeper A real favorite! We love the commitment of Laureen, a virtuous beekeeper who pampers her bees. "They're the ones we should be saluting, because they're the ones who do the extraordinary work," says Laureen, who never transhums her bees, always seeking to offer them the best of the terroir. As a result, her beehives are located in natural areas in the sub-Vosges hills and on the Alsace plain. Depending on the location, his "little workers" gather acacia, chestnut, lime, fir and other flowers... This approach translates into honeys as diverse as they are wonderful. In spring, the confidential honey from mountain pasture flowers is incredible. To accompany a meal, elegant honeys infused with pepper or rosemary, for example, are perfect. What's more, Laureen makes her own candles and delicacies such as gingerbread, nougats and an addictive honey-hazelnut spread! Tastings and sales at the farm by appointment only.
