A great pleasure, led by Christine's feminine team, who prepare jams of exceptional quality. The fruit is cooked in a copper cauldron and, alongside quetsches or nèfles, all the regional classics are present: forêt noire, kouglof glacé, torche au marron, tarte Linzer, saint-honoré au kirsch or Sacher.
