Chocolate factory
An institution for over forty years. Monique and Victor Grimmer, aided by their daughters Martine and Laurence, offer around a hundred homemade chocolates, as well as new products: pralines in the shape of kougelhopf, chocolate pretzels in nougatine, truffles with gewurztraminer marc, and chocolates for diabetics... Today, their grandson has joined them in the lab. On-site sampling of desserts and cocoa beverages from some twenty varieties to discover.
