Cheese dairy Opened just a few months ago, the one and only cheese dairy in the pleasant village of Lésigny is enjoying great success. This is largely due to the expertise and experience of Sabrina Gallèze. Trained by Meilleurs Ouvriers de France and in some of the finest establishments in France, she has retained from these experiences a real demand for quality. You'll find it, for example, in her Hercule cheese, a delicious ewe/goat, or in Napoléon, a rare 100% ewe. Just like the must-try Bries (plain, with pepper, with Meaux mustard, etc.) and Coulommiers, 70% of the cheeses Sabrina selects come from Seine-et-Marne, and make up superb, made-to-measure platters. "In all cases, I try to be as accessible as possible," she confides. Sabrina also had the idea of printing her loyalty cards directly onto her customers' paper bags: practical and ecological! And don't miss out on the creamery, charcuterie, delicatessen and catering departments (raclettes, fondues, planks...).
