Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Following the meeting of Éric Esnault and Jonathan Abergel in 2011, the two partners created this microbrewery in 2012. Today, the brewery offers 7 different beers: the classic white, blonde and amber, as well as an IPA, "l'Iparisis", and an imperial IPA at 7.9°, "l'IPA-sous-Sénart". Tours and tastings available.
