Gault&Millau's review

Gelateria Breeders and processors, Carine and Félix Bossut have turned their sheep-farming operation towards the production of 100% ewe's milk ice creams. Carine, a self-taught ice cream maker, started out with recipes whose ingredients were mostly sourced from local producers. Over the years (since 1995), the number of flavors on offer has swelled to around forty.
