Winemaker
In 2005, Frédéric Palacios decided to take over his father's farmhouse on 5.5 ha of vines in the heart of the Malepère AOC, located at the foot of the Malepère massif in the commune of Arzens. He understood what needed to be done and immediately committed himself to organic farming. Today, he has already earned the recognition of the profession. This is a winegrower like the rest of us, who will become one of the great Languedoc winegrowers with Mas de Mon Père.
