Roaster This small, downtown burnery has had a regular clientele for over 30 years. Roasting takes place in the store, very slowly, at temperatures controlled down to the degree, so as not to damage the beans. The friendly team will be delighted to explain all the subtleties of the crus on offer, and you can even sample a small espresso to refine your choice.
