While Philippe Faur ice creams can of course be ordered online, or enjoyed at a number of partner outlets (in Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse, La Rochelle and Saint-Antonin Noble Val), it's also possible to buy directly from the source, in the boutique at the Atelier de Caumont, which Philippe Faur set up in 1998. Products selected with the utmost care, recipes that are both classic, such as coffee, pistachio (with sprinkles), caramel (made by hand in a copper cauldron) with salted butter and Guérande fleur de sel... or less consensual (licorice, chestnut...) for quality that never fails. Excellent sorbets too, with a particular fondness for pear and yuzu.
