Traditional quality charcuterie from André Cazaux, in a small, old-fashioned store on the left bank of the Salat. You'll want to try everything: the ham, hung and fragrant, the sausages and the famous Le Pastou dry sausage, gold medal winner at the Concours Général Agricole. You can also try the prepared dishes, confit, brandade, and even sauerkraut, with home-made charcuterie.
