Jam maker
A long-standing reputation as a jam and cookie maker, a modern space in a beautiful stone building on the edge of town and a sense of craftsmanship, despite a plethora of production from hundreds of fruit varieties. Bernard Jougla's expertise has won him numerous awards: in 2015, he was crowned vice-champion of the jam-making world, and his jams regularly win medals at the Concours Général Agricole.
