Delicatessen A joyful address for lovers of authentic charcuterie. Pigs from the Ariège region deliver their best cuts, and there's a farm restaurant on site to enjoy them straight away. Paul and Jean Nocque raise their pigs on straw, fed GMO-free cereals, in a healthy, high-quality production process. Charcuterie, butcher's cuts, the famous coustellous (ribs), ready-made meals... Also on sale at the Saint-Girons market on Saturday mornings.
