Breeding Bert-Jan Bootsma arrived from the Netherlands in 2005 and has 65 ha of meadows for his dairy cows. He produces a high-quality farmhouse tomme, and the farm is soon to be certified organic. His cheeses can be found at Amap and on the farm. He also makes raw milk, yoghurts and fromage blanc.
