There is a large proportion of reserve wine in the blends (30% to 40%), because seek roundness and favour low dosages.

Gault&Millau's review
This champagne is attractive. The bubbles are thin and persistent. The nose offers all the characteristics of Chardonnay with notes of fresh butter, Viennese pastries and milk roll. This wine is delightful on the palate and reveals a lot of elegance as well as tangy notes. The finish is rather short yet. This cuvée could be served over an apéritif with a seafood platter.

Gault&Millau's review
This cuvée presents a pale yellow colour as well as a subtle and elegant nose. The remarkable acidity gives the wine freshness. The attack and the evolution on the palate are clean and the finish is smooth. It could be paired with a salmon and watercress pie.

Grande Réserve

Millesime BSA
Title Champagne
Classification 1er cru
Région Champagne
Colour Effervescent blanc
Gault&Millau's review
The pale gold colour in the glass is accompanied by a nice effervescence. The nose is generous, elegant and powerful; it shows aromas of very ripe and stewed fruits. The very long finish is exciting. This wine could be paired a tuna tartare or with a strawberry and rhubarb tart.

Rosé

Type Brut
Millesime BSA
Title Champagne
Classification 1er cru
Région Champagne
Colour Effervescent rosé
Gault&Millau's review
The colour is salmon pink and the bubbles are abundant. This Rosé reveals aromas of blackcurrant and tangy notes. On the palate, the remarkable acidity of this wine gives it structure on the top of the fruity flavours. This wine could be paired with a red fruit sorbet or a salmon marinated in spices and herbs.
