Gault&Millau's review
Fifth generation winemakers at Arnaud Vautrain offer wines made from the premier cru vineyards of Dizy, and grand cru Aÿ. Eleven hectares are planted with the three Champagne grape varieties Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. There is a large proportion of reserve wine in the blends (30% to 40%), because seek roundness and favour low dosages.
