Gault&Millau's review
Arnaud Vautrain, a fifth-generation winemaker, produces wines from the vineyards of Dizy, premier cru, and Aÿ, grand cru. A total of 11 hectares are planted with the three Champagne grape varieties: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay. With a high proportion of reserve wines in the blends (30 to 40%), the domaine seeks roundness and favors low dosage to preserve the freshness, finesse and complexity of the juices. To be followed closely.
