Still a little closed, this cuvée develops aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit. On the palate, we find the same aromas as on the nose, with the addition of a brioche note and the bitterness of citrus peel. This blanc de blancs needs a little more cellaring before drinking. Ideal with warm oysters with champagne.
