Gault&Millau's review
2020
88/100
A surprisingly pale yellow champagne with moderately intense aromas, but full of maturity with notes of crème fraîche, tea and white flowers. On the palate, the milky side comes through, combined with citrus flavors. With its lovely long finish, we'd like to pair this wine with clams with citrus zest in a lightly creamed broth.
