Yves Jacopé
In Broyes, not far from Épernay, Hervé Jacopé and his wife took over the reins of the family estate after Yves' departure. Guided by the oenologist Fabrice Wuhung they work together using sustainable agriculture the 6 hectares of vines of about 30 years of age. They produce 60,000 bottles per year.
