A pure Pinot Noir from a single plot, vinified as a red wine with an intense color. The nose opens with very high Pinot, with notes of black fruits, burlat cherries and red flowers, followed by bacon and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is powerful, full-bodied yet silky, with a chalky, slightly warm finish. Serve with game birds such as pigeon.
