The nose is fresh and invigorating, like an alpine pasture in springtime, with country flowers combining their delicate fragrances with those of mountain herbs. Notes of black sesame and pear brandy appear on aeration. After a gentle attack, with delicate bubbles, the wine reveals itself to be loose. The finish strikes a superb balance between chalky notes and sweet spices.
