When Burgundian Olivier Leflaive and Champenois Erick de Sousa decided to work together, they created Valentin Leflaive champagne, the fruit of the friendship between two men who love their vineyards and hedonists, are renowned for their expertise, and share the same passion for wine and terroir. The vinification in Burgundian "pièces" used to age the puligny-montrachet wines is combined with a champagnization process that Erick de Sousa has mastered perfectly. A very high-level combination.
