Made exclusively from Pinot Meunier, 80% from the 2007 harvest and 20% from Solera, this cuvée is elitist and selective, with production limited to 1,500 bottles. Behind the elegant, subtle effervescence, the enticing nose of stewed white fruit reveals spicy notes. The palate is appetizing, vinous and chalky, and combines richness and power: it was time to rediscover these "forgotten" wines, which won't remain so for long! Perfect as an aperitif or with Gillardeau oysters.
