Gault&Millau's review
The Vadin-Plateau family champagne house is located in the small commune of Cumières, a stone's throw from Epernay. Harvesters and handlers, they cultivate 6 hectares of vines, exclusively on south and south-east-facing slopes, in seven villages including Hautvillers, world-famous thanks to Dom Perignon. The estate vinifies the three Champagne grape varieties on a variety of terroirs, and has undertaken to work the soil and stop weeding.
