Pear, quince, citrus and fresh spices (turmeric, coriander) make up a rather discreet, yet elegant bouquet. On aeration, fleshy, delicately woody notes intermingle with aromas reminiscent of marzipan and bergamot. What freshness on the palate! Very spring-like and delicately lemony, it combines a touch of verbena and chamomile with citrus notes. The woodiness is very discreet, but adds density and a grain reminiscent of pear pulp to a velvety texture. The finish remains straightforward, without any aggressiveness. Aperitif or main course, take your pick, but you'll have a great time.

Domaine de Marzilly

Le domaine se fixe un objectif clair : mettre en avant le patrimoine de Marzilly et du massif de Saint-Thierry. Le Domaine de Marzilly s’approvisionne aujourd’hui sur près de 4 hectares de vignes. Le vignoble est situé sur un coin sableux de Champagne, où le pinot meunier domine. Le domaine est certifié HVE3 et VDC. Les fermentations s’effectuent en fûts de chêne, dont certains proviennent également du parc du château. Le Clos de Marzilly, clos historique de la région, est la parcelle la plus emblématique du domaine, entièrement constituée de meunier et certifiée Ecocert.
