Another plot and another blend of predominantly Pinot Meunier noirs. The color is clearly rose gold, a positive sign of the absence of filtration. On the nose, the wine is superb: spices, marshmallow, then on aeration: tap apple, freshly cut grass and quetsche. This wine evokes the umami of sake. The palate matches it: complex, full, very playful, perfectly natural. A real favorite.
