Very beautiful color with fine rosé highlights for this pure, non-dosed pinot noir from the 2015 harvest. After a short fermentative phase on opening, the wine reveals beautiful small yellow stone fruits, cherry and red fruit notes, all with elegance and a cottony edge. On the palate, we find the fermentative side but above all the refinement of a well-born Pinot Noir, both salivating and racy. The mentholated finish suits it perfectly. Top.
