This entry-level cuvée has superb, pure, straightforward fruit. On aeration, fine spicy notes appear. The absence of dosage reveals a beautiful evolution of white fruit notes (apples, pears). The palate reflects this. An approach more authentic than complex, and vinification in the spirit of Burgundy wines, with no reserve wines.
