Dosed at 9 g/l, this superb cuvée has a deep gold color with green highlights. The brilliance and liveliness of the bubbles speak of freshness. The nose reveals aromas of graphite, yellow fruit, peach, apricot, roasted hazelnut and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is lacy, with fine, incisive bubbles, white-fruit flavors and an appetizing, zesty bitterness. Excellent balance. Serve with blanquette de veau au champagne.
