An evolved nose evoking almond financier, custard and poached pear. On aeration, notes of curry and beeswax appear. The bitterness dominates in a chiselled palate, tender and tangy at the same time, very greedy in any case. Freshness prevails on the finish, leaving the palate ready for a second glass.
