Simart-Moreau
The adventure began in 1977 with the estate's first bottles. On less than 5 hectares, the Simart family cultivates Grand Cru classified vines on the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Although Chardonnay is in the majority, Pinot is present to give character and tenderness to wines that are often full-bodied and powerful. On the brand's website, an instructive video introduces the estate and follows the various stages in the elaboration of the cuvées. All the wines have been waiting in the cellar for a long time before being offered to you. They bear witness to the finesse of the Côte des Blancs terroir, with its expressive, singular minerality. The winery is certified level 3 HVE (high environmental value) and VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne). To discover the cuvées, an online boutique offers direct sales, for the moment only to France.
