Simart-Moreau
Champagnes
Gault&Millau's review
On less than 5 hectares, the Simart family cultivates Grand Cru-classified vines in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions. Although Chardonnay is in the majority, Pinots add character and tenderness to wines that are often full-bodied and powerful. On their website, an instructive video lets you discover the domaine and follow the different stages in the elaboration of their cuvées.
