Zero dosage for this superb blanc de blancs from the 2015 harvest alone. From the very first nose, we discover aromas of great naturalness that seem to be sprinkled over the wine, so fine and airy are they. On the palate, the attack is lively, then the creamy, powerful bubbles envelop a clean, precise, straight and salivating wine. This bottle, with its obvious parallels to Chablis wines, is a delight to savor as an aperitif or with raw fish.
