A cuvée from a perpetual reserve of the estate's Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. The oldest wines date from 2011 and the most recent from 2017. The spirit of the house is evident here: a fresh, lively champagne, with clean fruit on opening. On aeration, complexity reveals itself in small touches. On the palate, the wine is full, vibrant and perfectly balanced. Very complex finish. Great art, which makes us dream of tasting the same long-awaited cuvée on its lees.
