Composed of a blend of 60% of the 2011 harvest and 40% of 2010, with time this champagne is starting to reveal the potential of its noble terroir. Mellowed over the years, the bubbles are fine and caressing on the palate with vinous tannins that have harmonised with chalky and mineral textures. The freshness is remarkable. A gastronomic cuvée to accompany chicken in “vin jaune” cream.
