The freshness of a ripe apple, the sweetness of a juicy, crunchy summer pear and a few aromas of country flowers make up a nose that is both fresh and tender. More honeyed aromas emerge with aeration. The creamy texture is very seductive on the palate, enhanced by controlled acidity and fine bubbles. Floral and spicy licorice notes add complexity, before a finish of tension and citrus.

Established for more than five generations in the south of the Montagne de Reims, the family domaine has a little over 9 hectares of vines located on chalky slopes facing south and south-east. The vineyards are very fragmented, made up of 40 plots mainly planted with Pinot Noir but also, for a third of the surface, with Chardonnay. The estate began its first year of conversion to organic in 2020.
