Based on the 2014 harvest and supplemented with reserve wines, this rich, ripe, creamy and balanced cuvée is coated with a beautiful chalky texture. The measured dosage of 6 g / l adequately allows the full potential of the Ambonnay terroir to be expressed. A good entry-level champagne to serve with hot oysters in zabaglione sauce.
