This cuvée boasts a beautiful crystalline pale gold color, with numerous lively bubbles. The nose offers aromas of coffee, brioche and dried fruit, in this case roasted hazelnuts. On the palate, the wine is voluptuous and complex, with a fruity structure and notes of candied zest. Fine, incisive bubbles refresh the whole. Despite its 14 years of age, this rather chic champagne still retains plenty of freshness. Reserve it for a special occasion with roasted shellfish.
